Q. Why does flapanthers5050.com require my location and/or why am I receiving the prompt to allow the website to use my current location?"
Your current location is required to confirm eligibility. The Raffle will be offered to individuals located within a 75 mile radius of the BB&T Center (the "Raffle Area") at the time of entry. Online entry is void outside the Raffle Area and where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.
Q. What if I already selected "Don't Allow"?
Reloading the page should cause you to be prompted to share your location again. If you have specified that you never want to share your location, you will need to go into your settings to allow. See below for instructions.
Q. What if I receive the following prompt: "You must allow your browser to share you location to participate, Please click "OK" to reload this page, then be sure to allow your browser to share your location to share your location when prompted"?
The browser should reload the page and ask you to share location upon loading. Note: In some browsers, the popup may say "close" instead of "OK"
Q. What happens if I did not receive my tickets or I entered the incorrect email and did not print my tickets? How can I get my tickets resent?
Please check your spam, junk mail or clutter folders for the email. If you cannot find it, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and provide your name and phone number to request your tickets.
Q: What if I cannot participate online at flapanthers5050.com due to Location issues?
You may have told your browser to never share your location. You need to change that setting to allow the transaction.
For iOS devices:
1) Go to the Settings App.
2) Go to Privacy.
3) Go into Location Services.
4) Ensure "Location Services" are on.
5) Scroll down and click "Safari Websites."
6) Make sure that Allow Location Access is set to "While Using the App."
Chrome has the same setting if you are using that instead.
For Android (though this may vary by version):
1) Go to Settings App.
2) Go to Location and make sure that it is on.
3) Go back to previous screen and go to Apps.
4) Go to Chrome.
5) Click Permissions.
6) Ensure that Location is enabled.
Note: If still experiencing problems, go to a maps app and see where it places you.

Q. Do I need to be present to win?
No. However, you have 7 business days to claim the prize. For more information on the rules, please check out the Official Rules at https://www.nhl.com/panthers/community/5050raffle.
Q. Where can I find the winning number?
The winning number will be posted online at https://www.nhl.com/panthers/community/5050raffle and on Twitter @FlaPanthersCARE at each game during the 3rd period.
Q. If I have the winning ticket, how do I claim the prize?
The holder (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules), ("Raffle Winner") of the Ticket bearing the Winning Number will be sent an email to the address indicated on the entry form and called within twenty-four hours of the drawing. The Raffle Winner can also contact the Florida Panthers Foundation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Are my winnings taxed?
The Florida Panthers Foundation is required by law to withhold and remit to the Internal Revenue Service on the Raffle Winner's behalf an amount equal to twenty-four percent (24%) of the Grand Prize if the Grand Prize is greater than $5,000 and if the Raffle Winner is a citizen or resident alien of the United States with a Social Security Number (different rules as promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service apply for nonresident aliens and for resident aliens and citizens of the United States who do not have a Social Security number).
